Limerick Street Self Storage

Status: Entitlements completed and transferred in land sale in 2017.

 

This self storage project is located on 0.98 acres near the corner of East Victory Drive and Harry S. Truman Parkway in Savannah, GA. The land represents the last undeveloped acreage in a recently constructed Class-A Whole Foods anchored shopping center.

 

31 North acquired the land and site-solved the parcel for a four-story self-storage facility comprised of 83,000 square feet of climate controlled space. In the midst of applying for the entitlements to start construction, 31 North was approached by a local developer to purchase the work-in-progress once entitlements were received. The entitlement phase was completed, and the package was sold during summer of 2017.
