31 North Capital Partners is currently developing a 12.19-acre lifestyle center in Tifton, Georgia - the economic and logistical hub of South Georgia - which will include eight retail, commercial, and restaurant operations alongside a select service hotel, all of which will be anchored by a central park feature known as "Main Street".

31 North Capital Partners will develop and retain ownership in the 96-key hotel and will sell pad-ready sites to national and regional retail, restaurant, and commercial operators.  Stripling's General Store, Ace Hardware, and Chicken Salad Chick are currently open and operating.
